The Omnisend loyalty integration for Shopify. Sync your points balance and VIP tier to Omnisend contacts.
Omnisend is an email and SMS platform built for ecommerce. An Omnisend loyalty integration puts your points data on every contact. Your automations can then react to what a customer has earned.
The connector mirrors what the Klaviyo one does. Contact fields carry the current state. Events carry the moment a balance or level changed.
The sync runs one way, from Yuko into Omnisend.
Twenty-five events, the same catalogue the Klaviyo connector uses. Every connector draws from one shared event list, so nothing is held back for one tool.
You choose which of these Yuko forwards. Events for a module you have switched off, such as memberships, stay hidden.
These arrive as Omnisend custom contact fields, so you can filter on them like any other field.
Most merchants send campaigns more often than they build automations. These three are the day-to-day work.
Filter contacts where the VIP level field is Gold, then send that group an offer nobody else gets.
“Gold members only: early access to the new collection, 24 hours before everyone else.”
Why it works: an exclusive offer is only exclusive if the list is right.
Filter on the points balance field above whatever your first reward costs. Then name each customer's own number in the email.
“You have 620 points. That is enough for free shipping on your next order.”
Why it works: you are reminding customers of points they already earned, not discounting.
The referral fields sync alongside points and tier, so the personal link can sit in the footer of every campaign you send.
“Share your link and you both get $10.”
Why it works: referrals fail because nobody finds the link.
Create an API key in your Omnisend account. In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → Yuko Loyalty → Integrations → Omnisend. Paste the key, then pick the events you want forwarded. The loyalty fields appear as Omnisend custom contact fields.
Pick one home for each email. If Omnisend sends a points reminder, switch off the matching Yuko template. Running both sends customers duplicates.
Every tool Yuko connects to, by category.
It writes loyalty fields onto your Omnisend contacts and sends loyalty events into Omnisend. You can then filter contacts and start automations on loyalty data.
An Omnisend account and an Omnisend API key.
Points balance, VIP level and lifetime spend arrive as Omnisend custom contact fields.
Twenty-five, covering points, VIP tiers, referrals and memberships. It is the same event catalogue the Klaviyo connector uses, because every connector draws from one shared list.
No. The sync runs one way, from Yuko into Omnisend.
You can connect both, but pick one home for each automation. Running the same loyalty email from two tools sends customers duplicates.
Connected to the tools your store already runs on.
