Questions

What merchants ask about pricing

How much does Yuko cost?

Free while you are under 50 orders a month. Basic is $12 a month and includes 100 orders. Advanced is $30 a month and includes 300 orders. Both add $5 for each additional 100 orders. Growth is $199 a month and includes unlimited orders.

What happens when I exceed my monthly order limit?

You pay $5 for each additional 100 orders on Basic and Advanced. Growth includes unlimited orders, so nothing is added. Your Shopify bill shows the charge, and Yuko shows the order count before it lands.

Does Yuko work with all Shopify plans?

Yuko works on every Shopify plan, from Basic Shopify to Advanced Shopify. Checkout extensions are a Shopify Plus feature, and they are available on the Growth plan.

Which plan should I pick?

Pick on features first, then check the order maths. Advanced is the common choice because it adds VIP tiers, Booster Campaigns, point drops, Klaviyo, WhatsApp and Shopify POS. Move to Growth when you want paid memberships and the API, or once you pass 3,600 orders a month.

Does Yuko offer a free trial on paid plans?

Basic and Advanced both come with a free trial and ask for no card. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your Shopify admin.

Does the free plan expire?

It does not. It runs a full points program for stores under 50 orders a month, for as long as you stay under that.

How long does it take to go live?

Most Shopify stores are live in under 15 minutes. You install from the Shopify App Store and connect your theme. The loyalty widget is ready straight after. Growth customers get dedicated onboarding.

Why is Yuko built for Shopify only?

Building for one platform buys depth. Discount codes, store credit, checkout extensions and customer accounts are all wired into Shopify directly, which is what makes points work at checkout and in store.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, from your Shopify admin. Upgrades apply straight away, and your points, members and levels carry over untouched.

How do I cancel?

Uninstall from your Shopify admin. Billing runs monthly through Shopify, so there is nothing to email and no contract to end.

Do you charge for migration?

Our team moves your points, members and levels from your current loyalty app on every plan, including Free. It costs nothing.

Do you charge per customer or per email?

Yuko prices on orders only. Your customer list can grow as large as you like and the bill stays where it is.

Does Yuko work with Shopify POS?

Yes, from Advanced. Customers earn and spend on the same balance in store and online.

Do I need a developer?

You place the widget from the theme editor, so no. The REST API and webhooks on Growth are there if your team wants them.
