Yuko works with the tools your store already runs on

Loyalty data is worth more outside the loyalty app than inside it. Yuko pushes points, VIP levels, referrals and memberships into your email tool, your automations and your own systems.

Email and SMS

Klaviyo, Omnisend and Retainful, connected with one API key.

WhatsApp

Eleven providers, wired into Yuko workflows.

Shopify Flow

Six Yuko events you can start a Shopify automation from.

Your own systems

A REST API and webhooks for everything else.

Email and SMS

Send loyalty data to your email tool

Your email tool already knows who your customers are. These connectors tell it how many points they have, what level they are on, and what they just did.

WhatsApp

Reach customers where they reply

Yuko sends loyalty messages over the WhatsApp Business API. Pick the provider you already have an account with, and wire it into any workflow.

Reviews

Turn reviews into points

Yuko is not a reviews app. It connects to the reviews platform you already run, and awards points when a customer writes one.

Automation and checkout

Extend loyalty without leaving Shopify

Yuko events can start a Shopify Flow workflow, verify a social follow, or hand a read-only key to another app.

For developers

Build the part we did not

If no connector covers what your store needs, the API and webhooks do. They read and write the same data the app runs on.

Connecting

Most take an API key and a minute

You connect an integration from one screen in the Yuko admin. You never buy middleware or book a developer.

01

Open Integrations

In your Shopify admin, go to Apps, then Yuko Loyalty, then Integrations.

02

Paste the key

Most connectors need an API key from the other tool. Klaviyo needs one with profile and event permissions.

03

Pick the events

Choose which loyalty events Yuko forwards. You can change the list whenever you want.

04

Test one flow

Send yourself a test before you switch the automation on for everyone.

What moves

The same data, wherever you need it

Every connector carries the same three items. Who the customer is, what they have earned, and what just happened.

Points
Current balance, points earned over their lifetime, and when points expire.
VIP level
The level name, progress toward the next one, and a flag when the level is at risk.
Referrals
Their personal link, how many friends they referred, and how many of those bought.
Membership
Their plan, whether it is active, and the next renewal date.
Events
Points earned, points spent, level changed, referral completed, membership started.
Identity
Email, name, phone and the Shopify customer ID, so profiles stay matched.
FAQ

What merchants ask about integrations

Do I need a developer to connect an integration?

No. Most connectors take an API key from the other tool, pasted into one screen in the Yuko admin. The REST API and webhooks are the only parts built for developers.

Which email tools does Yuko support?

Klaviyo, Omnisend and Retainful have their own connectors. Any other tool can read Yuko data through webhooks or the REST API.

How many WhatsApp providers are supported?

Eleven: AISensy, Zoko, WATI, DelightChat, Kwik Engage, Engati, QuickReply.ai, Interakt, BiteSpeed, BotSpace and AskEva. You connect the one you already have an account with.

Does Yuko do product reviews?

No. Yuko is a loyalty app. It connects to the reviews platform you already run, such as Judge.me. Yuko awards the loyalty points when a review lands.

What can Shopify Flow do with Yuko?

Six Yuko events appear as Shopify Flow triggers. Points credited, points spent, VIP level changed, reward issued, referral completed, and membership activated or cancelled. Flow then does the Shopify-side work, such as tagging a customer or alerting staff.

Can Shopify Flow write back into Yuko?

No. The connection runs one way. Yuko starts a Flow workflow; Flow does not send data back into Yuko. For anything that needs to write into Yuko, use the REST API.

What if my tool is not on the list?

Use webhooks to get Yuko events as they happen, or the REST API to read and write directly. Custom Apps covers anything that needs its own OAuth or API-key connection.

Do integrations cost extra?

No. Every integration comes with Yuko. Yuko Advanced is $30 a month and includes 300 orders, then $5 for each additional 100 orders. Growth is $199 a month with unlimited orders.
